Made using only the best Marlborough grapes, harvested at the peak of flavour development from vineyards situated in Marlborough's Wairau Valley. This wine is medium bodied with aromas of freshly picked pear with subtle spice. Flavours of spiced baked pear with a dry textural palate, a silky mouthfeel and a clean fresh finish. Matched perfectly with any salty cheese such as freshly shaved Pecorino.
